Upgrading To A New Hard Drive

  DJKJScooby 22:09 20 May 08

I have recently bought myself a new laptop although it only has a Phillips 40GB 5400rpm Hard Drive so I have now bought myself an 80GB Seagate 7200rpm hard drive however I was wondering how I will be able to copy my Activated Version of Windows XP Professional across to the new hard drive (if this is possible). All help is greatly appreciated and I will say thanks in advance.

Buy Acronis True Image And make a Image of the Drive to a External USB drive, Thats what I used when I fitted a 7200 60Gig it only had a 30Gig 4200 drive in one of my Laptops
