Hi,

I am eager to buy the new empir total war game and believe it would make sense to upgrade my pc in line with this.

I am currently packing the following desktop PC:
* Packard Bell
* ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series graphics card
* AMD Athlon 64 processor 3400+ 2.19ghz
* 2.93gb of RAM
* 200gb hard drive

Can I go ahead and purchase any graphics card or do I need to stick to a particular type? Also do I need ot upgrade anything els at the same time? Can anyone please recommend a graphics card.

N.b I am no PC genius so would require an easy to install g/c.

Thanks for your help

Paul

No :)) Need to know if there is any mention of :

AGP

PCIE

These are the two graphics standards with agp being very old now.

The advisor should also have given you the make and model of the pc...If you have this, post it and we can find out exactly what it has.
