Hi all,

I recently bought a
ECS 755-A2 Socket754 motherboard kit with AMD2800+ mobile CPU and fan bundle
Kingston 1024MB DDR266 PC2100 Cl25 memory Module

I installed these parts into a new computer case and connected an 80gb harddrive along with an Geforce 6800 PNY graphics card. On booting up the computer, all components were detected however the system paused after the Windows XP loading screen and a STOP error (blue screen) was displayed:

STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF7A06528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Any ideas?

Regards,
Edward

did the hard drive already have an operating system on it, if so was it from your previous pc.
if thats the case then would really sugest that you did a clean reinstall of windows xp as it will have chipset drivers etc for your previous set up and you are really asking for problems if you have changed all those components and are still using the previous set up configuration. did you try to load the new drivers that came with the new motherboard?
