Upgrade RAM

Hi, i have the MSI KT4AV mother board and i already have 256 MB DDR RAM PC2700. Would like to add another stick of 256. A couple of questions.

1) Some ram have different mhz rates, some 333mhz some 200mhz, what does this actually mean and if i bought some ram that was different in mhz of my current stick of ram, would this cause any conflict? On the mobo description it says Supports DDR333/DDR266/DDR200 SDRAM Does this mean i can use any of these in any combination if i wanted.

2) The PC2700, what does this mean and what if i got PC3200 would my mobo support it or would it conflict with my other stick of ram if it was different.

Thanks in advance all.
