a friend has a new dell celeron D computer which is rather slow does anyone know if it has an agp port that i could add a graphics card and some extra memory .Or any other suggestions to speed it up a bit.
Sorry i dont know the exact specs as he was only asking me today and is new to computers.

If the model number is 1100, 2400, 3000 or 3100 it will be on board graphics, so no. If its a new Dell they are all PCIe now. So I think the answer is highly unlikely.

thx keewa it does have onboard graphics if it has pcie i should be able to add a card.

I'd guess no, as a Celeron option is usually only availble on the cheaper lower end ranges, 1100, 2400, 3000 or 3100, that cut cost by not including a graphic slot.

I would advise you get someone who knows what to look for, to take the cover off, and look.
