Updating bios

  badgermansix 11:56 05 Apr 10

Having had a few blue screens it has been suggested that I should update the BIOS.
the motherboard is "EP-8K3A+".
I have looked on google but there are so many options that I don't know where to start.
Any advice please on how to do this, and where to get the update from?
And....would this be a free update or should I be prepared to pay for this (if I can Get it).

A BIOS update should be considered as a last resort.
A failure could result in a scrap motherboard (been there done that).

Blue screening is usually op system errors, corrupt hard drive or memory problems.

It's better to leave the bios leave.

It's is a free update updating bios doing it wrongly can make your PC don't startup

The manufacturer of the motherboard is EPOX.

Blue screens are caused by the Operating System.

What have done last before the first bluescreen
