Why were you looking for porn in the past? LOL

you need to turn off auto complete.

To turn on the inline AutoComplete feature for Web addresses, follow these steps in Internet Explorer:
1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, click the Use inline AutoComplete for Web addresses check box, and then click OK.

also clear history, delete temporary internet files & cookies

click tools/internet options click the General tab

in the center section, click delete files (dont worry, only temporary flies are deleted no damage can be done to your system), then click delete cookies (note that after deleting them you will need to enter login details again as most website login details are stored in cookies. if you need to the dont click the delete button, instead click the settings button then veiw files, delete only the ones you need to get rid of.)

then in the bottom section, click on clear history.

that should clear all traces of your past browsing (though there is still the recently visited websites log which is hard to find and unknown to most people)

hope this helps.
