Unwanted Startup User Account Selection

Hi there, a few days ago i downloaded a windows xp update for my computer not really noticing exactly what it was. Now, whenever I startup my PC i have to click on my ONLY user account which i find annoying. Is there any way i can undo this change so that i no longer have to choose my user account???

Kind regards

Remove the update using Control Panel, Add & Remove Programs.
