Hi, can any one help with the following please? The following appears on my desk top ms.net document viewer, I cannot remove it, I have tried system restore to no avail. Is there some software that I can use to remove.

Google reports a number of instances where this is linked to an HP product installation.

Have you recently installed some HP software.

Thanks Bremner for your fast response and yes I redcently installed an HP printer, do I remove the printer software to solve the problem?

If you are only trying to remove the desktop icon then Unlocker should do it:
...it may require a reboot if it does not delete it straight away

You may not have to uninstall anything.

In the first instance go to msconfig and remove the tick from any HP related items. Reboot and see if the problem has gone.

(Start > Run and type msconfig. Click OK and then choose Start Up tab)
