unwanted internet toolbar

I would appreciate anyone who can assist me in getting rid of a toolbar which comes on at the bottom of my screen when I go on the internet. It has a number of boxes with links to various services from investing to hard core porn which could easily be clicked on by my children. I have no idea where it came from but I want it off my pc. It seems to be identified on my task bar as coming from:

I managed to resolve this myself, this nuisance toolbar had attached itself to my selected home page, I just made something else my home page and it disappeared. Thanks to 'Vog' and anyone else who was thinking of my problem.

Yes BUT you still have spyware on your machine. If you're happy with that then so be it.

Best to get rid of it, it'll only pop back up.
