Running XP on Broadband. 4 Family members each had own file in c:/document settings. Inexplicably, one (Gill) was renamed 'Graham'. It still contained Gill's docs, music etc, but also had additional files belonging to 'Graham'. Some of these were cookies linking to internet, eg free hotmail site etc. Tried to delete the 'Graham' files or rename the whole file back to 'Gill' but had message saying 'Graham' contains system files required to operate system so cannot rename or delete. When carried out system restore, 'Graham' files were duplicated - now have 3 Graham files?

Virus checked OK on Symantec. Please help?

log onto XP with Administrator rights, right click "my computer" then select "manage" from the drop down menu. Goto local users and groups then open the users folder. In the right hand pane try deleting the user account you want rid off from there...
