.. you are quite new to computing because you have listed a whole heap of things there that would normally become very familiar to you pretty quickly, some of them being programs and others Microsoft security updates and other stuff.

I think the best you can do is to look them up for yourself in Wikipedia, which is as good a place as any to tell you what`s what: click here

OK I`ll try my best based on my personal experience only:

Acrobat.com - Check on the adobe site and decide for yourself click here Personally never use it.
Adobe AIR - ditto
Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX - Required for Internet
Adobe Flash Player 10 Plugin - Ditto
Adobe Shockwave Player 11 - May be required for internet content.
Apple Mobile Device Support - If you have an iphone probably required
Apple Software Update - For the above + itunes
Bonjour - Comes with iTunes but optional
Compatibility Pack for the 2007 Office system
Dell CinePlayer - DVD player bundled with Dell machine. If you have an alternative it may be superfluous.
Dell System Restore - If this is a Dell Machine this is Vital.
Docudesk GPL Ghostscript 8.15 - Probably used for converting docs to PDF`s (Primo PDF or Cute I think)
getPlus(R)_ocx - Not got a clue - google it.
High Definition Audio Driver Package - KB835221
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6 - DELETE, Out of Date
Java(TM) 6 Update 11 - Ditto Then go to click here and download Update 16.
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB928366)
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 2
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

All the above MS can be left alone

Microsoft MPEG-4 VKI Video Codec V1/V2/V3
Microsoft Silverlight
