Unknown device?

I found an unknown device under device manager. It's under 'other devices'. My OS is windows 7. When I right-clicked it and checked for properties, it says the following:

Device type: Other devices Manufacturer: Unknown Location: on Intel(R) ICH10R LPC Interface Controller 3A16

I checked again, all the hardwares installed in my system and couldn't think of any unknown.

Now, could this be a malfunctioning or a problem? What should I do?

Motherboard type? Asus?

Its probably

"ATK0110 ACPI utility"

try uinstalling it and then scan for new hardware and see if windows then recognises it.

If not then if you have a drivers disk with the machine, on Asus DVD, browse to "Bin" folder... then inside "ACPI" folder... and choose "Acpi" or "Acpi64" subfolder regarding you OS (32bit or 64bit)... then next... driver will be installed
