Unknown computer on network

I just went into my network places to open a shared folder on another computer in my house, and I noticed another computer connected in the workgroup, that i didn't recognise. It is labelled as your-e0367a1424 and i don't have any computers labelled as this in my house, I only have four and they are all displayed separately, I then clicked on it to open it, and it said it couldn't connect to it.
So I went into my router's configuration, and in the DHCP client table, in the local network status tab, it is listed with an ip adress of 192.168.1.101, and has a mac adress of 00:00:00:00:00:00. It is also not listed in the list of wireless clients connected.
Does anyone know what this might be.

Is your wireless network protected with WPA-PSK ?

It's apparently the local IP address of your computer on your network.

Thanks, i ran a virus scan, and it didn't detect anything, but after restarting my computer, it seems to have gone away, thanks tobyb.
