unique identifier

hi, when i sign into ebay and try to view the items i have for sale i have to confirm my identity by talking to someone through their live chat.It says that they do not recognise the pc im using even though i only have one. this has never happened before and i have had to do it 3 times this week. ebay say it is because im clearing my unique identifier which tells them who i am and what my pc is. i know it has something to do with me clearing flash cookies. i have tried by not deleting any cookies, that made no difference. i have vista and adobe flash installed, any help would be great, with thanks.

you will probably have to go into your cookies settings and make an exception for ebay. Once all ok again you will have to tell your cleaner prog to make the ebay cookie an exception.
