I have a reduced tools version of kaspersky 2009 and wish to install the full version. I am having trouble uninstalling the version I have, their book of instruction says to use MS add and remove, but it dosn't work. I'm thinking of trying Ccleaner uninstall program, but am a little nervous about it.

Well, said I, someone out there will have tried the program, why don't I ask?

So here I be, many thanks for any help.

There's a specific removal tool click here . CCleaner's Add/Remove List is exactly the same as the built-in Windows one and performs the same function, nothing more.
