Undelivered messages

I regularly email my aunt who is a Tiscali dial up customer. Over the past 2 weeks, every email I have sent to her, comes back with the message -Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout' delivery attempts (0) and I do not know what this means.
My ISP is TalkTalk and I use Incredimail, as does my dad but he has had no problems with her address.
I checked my aunt's computer in case I had been put into her blocked box but it hadn't. Strangely, if she emails me and I simply reply, my message gets back to her.
Can anyone help?

Is the time and date correct on your system?

Was there an error code in front of the text message?

Try it with a different email client - eg Outlook Express.
