trying to send an email with attachment ( 1.42mb )
keep getting following message.

sending from blueyonder to freeserve using outlook express.
exact same message and attachment was sent ok using netscape mail account.

In Outlook go to tools then email accounts and make sure then in Otgoing Server Authicentation is ticked.

I recently had an email rejected on the basis that it had an .exe file as an attachment which potentially could have been malicious. It went through OK after being put in a ZIP file.

everything seems ok.
i suppose it could be the blueyonder servers that will not send over a certain size.
it will send emails with no attachments or with small ones, got one back which was 490 KB

This happened to me once when the recipients server rejected an exe file; (a security measure probably). Sending it zipped solved the problem.
