Unauthorised changes to system clock

Does anybody have any info as to how can I stop unauthorised changes (by my kids)to the system clock in Windows 98SE.
Operating system :-Win 98 SE
Multiple users.
Stand alone system.
Am able to change registry or write protect etc.

Tell them not to do it, with a threat of not letting them use the machine if they persist.

You could hide the clock, in taskbar properties, and purchase a wall one from Argos. :-)

try a right click on the clock icon on the task bar,click properties-is there a 'check'somewhere to hide the clock.I cant quite remember on win98,but i think its there somewhere.
