I am having a similar problem with my NAV updates. I am in touch with Symantec. This morning i received a reply. I quote"Please be informed that Symantec is aware of this issue and is currently investigating.I requestyou kindly run LiveUpdate after a few days and download the updates."unquote. Also Quote" Our support staff thank you for your patience as we investigate the root cause of this situation, We will continue our efforts in tracking this issue"unquote. I realise that this does not solve yourproblem but thought it may shed some light on it. You can get the document titled "Problems fixed by the SymantecCommon Client and NAV 2003 program update. at

Norton Live Update will not complete if you have a pop-up stopper or Ad Muncher active!

I went through all sorts of e-mails with Symantec (without them getting the solution before me). So, check if you have any sort of filtering programs running!

No I am not using any forms of pop up stoppers or ad munchers.
