Unable to uninstall Flash Player Active X

  caulkhead 13:11 19 Aug 07

I'm trying to connect a 2nd pc wirelessly to a router but when the Aol installation disc is played, it won't go beyond the 1st page. I've read on the Aol site that I need to uninstall Flash Player Active X. It's in the Add/Remove list but clicking on it does nothing. Any ideas?

Uninstall with this; click here
Reinstall (if needed); click here

Thanks Brundle but my problem is that the 2nd pc is not connected to the net and hasn't been since the router was replaced.

Put the uninstaller on a floppy? It's only 250kb, you may not need the latest FlashPlayer - the AOL disc ought to install it if it's missing. What make/model is the router?

Ok I'll try that. Router is by Inventel and the model no. is D 5213 RE. Will keep you posted.

Flash Player now uninstalled after downloading to disc and running on 2nd pc. Successfully hooked up to router and on the net.
Thanks for your help Brundle.
