Unable to ser FSB and multiplication

I have just upgraded my system using an AOpen AK77-600GN motherboard and AMD XP2600+ processor(333 mhz version) and I am unable to change the settings in the BIOS so that the processor runs at the correct speed.

I do have access so some FSB settings, ranging from 100 to 129 mhz but I have no control over the multiplication, which is fixed at 11.5

As this is a jumperless board where the setting of FSB and multiplication is converned, I am at a loss as to how I can overcome this problem.

Have you got the software that should have come with the board.

If so it will have the 'ezclock' application which runs from Windows and allows you to make the changes you require. click here

Hello bremner and thanks for your response.

I tried to use 'ezclock' but was still unable to change the multiplication. I'm a bit worried that there is a componen fault here but perhaps I'm being paranoid.
