Unable to send a file.

I have two email address's using Windows mail and Win7.
One is for my wife and one for me.

I send a file for my wife which contained a lot of photographs and I couldn't send it.

Now every time I send one of my emails I get a message saying you have you have files waiting to be sent and an error message saying I can't send them.
I established it is the mail from my wife because mine go alright.
They do not show in drafts and can't seem to find out how to delete them so i can start again.
any help please.

The file (on your case pictures) is too large to be sent. Start by looking here - click here

Have you checked your OUTBOX - the message might be "stuck" in there in which case you should be able to delete it and start again.

I have checked the drafts and no file there and I don't seem to have an Outbox in Windows live mail.

Ooops I have just looked further down and there it is, thanks all.
twenty years sending emails and never had that problem before.
I shall now resend the photos in three or four files but with a fewer photos.

Phew! I read your first bit that said "I don't seem to have an Outbox in Windows live mail" - you made me go into a cold sweat!

Glad to hear problem solved.
