Unable to open WEB Page via freeserve

My friend, who is with freeserve, is having difficulty in logging into a Newham History board.
At times it works and other times an unavailable message appears. It would seem that other suscribers are able to log on during these periods using different servers.
The url of the board is:
Has anyone any idea why this is happening. My friend and I run a history group on yahoo which uses the postings on the Newham board as a source of debate and inputand therefore it is essential to the operation of our own group.

Any ideas welcome.

I jsy visited the site with no problems, could be that during busy times you are being timed out. This could happen especially if you are using dialup rather than broadband. Btw, Freeserve was taken over by Wanadoo who have subsequently been taken over by Orange.

I have just this minute had a mesage from my friend stating that he is still getting the unable to locate the site message and yet I can as you are able. It seems to be conected to his server. This has been happening over a period of weeks now.
