Unable to ad Sound To E-mails

I use Outlook in Windows XP

In the past to add sound to an email I have created, I click on [view -toolbars- web tool] which brings up a little toolbar with amongst other things a button to allow me to add sounds.

However, now for some reason when I click on the [sound] button i get a message up saying

"this object was created in HTMLinline soundCtl. This application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed."

I am thus unable to add the sound to the email. As I said, I have been able to do this in the past and do not know what has cause this message to come up.

Can anyone offer a solution for this

Thanks in advance for any help
