xp says no thanks cant support 16bit dos

MS-DOS or 16-bit Windows-based program Error message when you install or start
Xp, do the following. Rename the existing file to .old (make sure you have not got your system files hidden). Inside the windows folder there should be one called "repair". Within this folder there should be a copy of autoexec.nt. Make a copy of the file and place in the orignal location

boot to dos mode

For the purposes of running this utility, you can make a standrard win98 boot disk, which can boot up into DOS and then run your utility.

BTW - IMO opinion you will never notice the difference or running at 100 or 133MHz interface - this is a theoretical maximum rarely approached in practice. The drives maximum sustainable transfer rate is much lower, so this only applies to transfers out of the disk drive cache in any case.
