UDF Reader woes.

I previously used a packet writing program from CeQuadrat - part of the WinOnCD 3.7 suite. I ran this under Win Me. Since then my computer died and I've bought a new one running Xp. However, I can't install any of the programs from the WinOnCD 3.7 disc and my current program Nero burning Rom SE won't read the discs I've already created. I've tried following links to CeQuadrat, but get directed to Roxio - are they the same people? If they are would their latest programs read my packet written discs? Would Nero reloaded read them? I've tried some free UDF readers, but they just cause my computer to blue screen on start up. Can anyone help? Or suggest a solution?
