TWO OPERATING SYSTEMS ON ONE PC

After attempting to fix another problem by reinstalling windows xp I appear to have installed a second operating system. Boot up now gives me two choices of xp how do I delete the most recently installed.

go to start/run/type msconfig click OK then go to BOOT.INI tab,under operating system you should see both installations remove the older install. tip create a fresh restore point before doing this ,in case you have problems
