two existing hardrives to one existing hardrive

computer has two hardrives C and E .want to transfer everything to one existing hardrive E
without formating E or loosing what is on E which has programes and files.How do I do it?
I have Ghost and True image 9 which have never been used, and reading through I would have to format a hardrive.

Yes i have Partition magic v 8
C=120 gbyte ata hardrive with 18 gbyte of used space.
E=200 gbyte sata harddrive partitioned 3times
one section unused.
If you have a solution please write a idiots guide.Thanking you

Just a suggestion, in the long run you might be better off if you get a smaller drive about 30GB and use that as your C drive. Transfer all your data to the existing E drive. use your 2nd hard drive as an external backup drive by getting a usb suitable enclosure, then use Acronis Drive Image to make a clone of your OS and progs onto the external drive and backup important data on the external drive. This way if you have a problem with windows, it only takes between 5 and 15 minutes to restore win and progs
