Two axes in Excel

I am trying to do a chart showing exam results for a group of students.

I want to show the results of two exams with grade on the X axis and number of students on thr Y. So far so good. I also want to show on the right hand axis the percentage of students at that grade. I have tried adding a secondary axis using format but cannot seem to get the %ages to show

You need to create an additional column or row containing the percentages. Select those data, Copy. Go to the chart, Edit/Paste Special to add the new series to the chart. Then right click the new series and tell Excel to plot the values on the secondary axis.
