Trouble using "Freecycle"

  Glen 14:25 21 Sep 10

I joined my local freecycle group, to get rid of some old items, and can get no advice from them as they seem to be lacking a moderator. I can post an offer, and then I get an email back via the Freecycle site from some-one wanting it. My problem is how to answer the message, as they are using a freecycle user name. Clicking on the reply button does not work as my message is incorrectly addressed. How do I reply.

If you have had an email request from the prospective "taker", then you must have their e-mail address.
If it's not shown, then view the "full header" it will be there.
