Despite having Norton AV and Zonealarm my machine has the above virus.

When I've run a scan it has detected 2 viruses but does not delete them.

I have used the System Configuation Utility with no success.

As per the instructions I have also put the system into safe mode and re-run the scan in order to delete them but again it has not worked.

Any advice on what else I can do to get rid of these.

Hello Ritchbee
I have got Trojan.Vundo.B as well :(

Firstly I cannot close the Norton Antivirus Alert window - it is permanently on screen and Norton Antivirus is permanently shown on the taskbar.

I have downloaded the removal tool from Norton ( fxVundoB ) but although this, when run, claims it has worked, after rebooting the virus alert reappears !

so I am watching your post hoping someone will help us out.

My alert says the object name is
C:\WINDOWS\addins\vssacc.dll

thanking everybody in anticipation
