Trojano-603 Trojan hi-jacking 'exe' files

My up-to-date Avast Anti-Virus has detected the Trojano-603 trojan. I think this is a new variation.
Problem is: it has infected the 'exe' files of my Ultra Win Clean and Destroy It programmes. These 'cleanup' programmes would normally wipe out Trojano, so that's why they're being infected, I guess.
'Deleting' or 'Repairing' via Avast makes the programmes unusable.I uninstalled both, but during the process of re-installing,the Trojano was once more detected by Avast - with the same options as above - in other words, no real option!
This seems to suggest Trojano has hijacked a vital installation process file relating to above programmes- both from 'Business Logic Corporation'. These programmes worked perfectly until this infection.
How do I get them working again and destroy this Trojano pest?
