trojan virus

My free AVG6.0 checker has reported a trojan virus, but it hasn't killed it and put it in the virus vault. Does anyone know how to do this in AVG? Or do I need to buy Norton/Mcafee? Cheers, Ben

Name of the virus would help us.

You could try a dedicated trojan checker/blocker/killer. I use Tauscan and you can have a free trial here: click here

if you choose to buy after the trial it'll cost about $30 ( about £21)

Go into windows explorer.....$vault$avg....should be at top of drive c list.

hilight to explore.

Double click to open vault, and delete from there.
