Trojan Infection on Website

I have a Trojan infection on my website that is built on a Joomla platform, I have found it throughout my index files and when I remove it manually from each page in my cPanel (asmallorange is my web host) it returns within a day.

The Avast! virus scanner picks it up as HTML:IG-EE [Trj] malware type Trojan HGors

Can any one tell me where the code would be that keeps reinstating it or how I can remove it from the site?

Regards Geoff

You can use the trial version free for 30 days. If it finds a Trojan it will remove here
