While I am on line I keep getting aa "High Priority Warning" that a a local computer is attempting to access my computer.
I have Norton that gets upgraded automatically and I always switch off when not using the computer. Should I load another program on to check that my system is clean.
I try not to have too many prgrammes installed after the last crash which was expensive to repair.

It could be your ISP pinging you pc to check your online status,it also maybe a networked pc if you on a network, there can be lots of reasons for this alert, can you stop the alerts from showing, then let Norton do its job silently.
