Trojan downloader.holica.c problem!!

I have AVG Antivirus 6 installed & recently it keeps on saying my PC is infected with the downloader.holica.c trojan horse & that I should scan the computer with AVG. However, when I scan the computer, it cannot find anything. I have tried finding the file to delete it but it's in the "c:\system volume information" directory which I can't find.

A few days before, it was an .ocx file that was infected with the downloader.holica.c. AVG found it but could not remove it. I managed to find the file & deleted it.

Has that file got anything to do with my current situation & what can I do about it?

That file is in your system restore points, to clear you'll need to disable system restore then renable it, but you'll lose all your previous restore points
