I keep getting the same trojan in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\oubdgjds.sys and C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\gtkpwses.sys If i delete them will it cause any effect on how my machine runs ?

A search on Google returns zilch for each of those which indicates that they are randomly-named non-legitimate files.

Which probably means if you try to delete them it probably wont let you and will do nothing to rid you of your trojan.
if you know the name of the Trojan in question there maybe a autofix solution rather than a manual delete..
