Has anybody heard of a trojan in eied_s7 132exe.Norton can not delete it or quarantine it.Spy bot does not find it Any suggestions welcome.

try booting your computer in safe mode. And run everything. Norton, Ad-Aware etc. Then restart back in normal. This is how i solved most of my trojan problems. Also make sure you update them all before you restart in safe mode.

My mate and I followed raw prawns suggestion and let Trend do its stuff.He just rang me to say that on restarting his computer Norton claims to have foud Trojan and deleted it,which it could not do beforre.So between us all we have cured the problem ,even if we do not know precisely how!!!Thank you both for your prompt replies.
