At present I have a dual-boot system with Vista and Windows 7. Can I add XP to that system?

I had an XP /W7 dual boot but have now ditched XP for simplicity - why have all three?

Yes you can triple boot - the only limitation to how many bootable operating systems is that you can only have four PRIMARY partitions on a HDD.
An extended partition can hold as many logical partitions as you care to create but the extended partition is seen as a primary.

I've tried the Compatability Wizard, it couldn't help. I'll backup and try to add XP.

The penny has just dropped. I've installed PictureIt! on my XP laptop, so I just whizz the pictures over to that and back.

Still not tried triple booting.
