Hey all! This is Crespo - again! As a newbie, i need a bit of help from someone out there.I've got a tray application icon at the bottom of my taskbar that has suddenly appeared out of nowhere. When i click it, a dialogue box appears saying the application requires a cd-rom to continue.Haven't a clue what this means, as i haven't been using anything to warrant it's appearance. I mainly use the web for research and for e-mails.I've downloaded a few security and optimizer programs, but that's it. It's really annoying! Can anyone help me get rid of it? As always, any help will be v. appreciated. Cheers! C.

Let`s have the exact message. What program or CD is it looking for - any clues? What does the icon look like and exactly where does it appear? If you right click it what options do you get?

If you hover your mouse over (don't click it) the icon, it should tell you what it is.
