Transferring Outlook.pst from one PC to another

I have Outlook 2003 used for e-mails, I use BT as my provider. I have another PC that had been used with Orange/Wanadoo as the provider. Outlook 2003 had been also used on that PC. I removed the Outlook.pst from that PC and replaced it with my copy of Outlook.pst and now use BT as the provider. Everything works OK with the exception that on the Ex Orange PC, Outlook keeps showing sending a non existent e-mail and does not complete the sending(?). I can still send and receive e-mails despite this. It is not a fault with the original Outlook.pst as I have also used that copy on two other PC's
It is a minor annoyance but would like to correct this. Anyone with thoughts?
