transfer downloaded apps to epad

New to epad. I have managed to find the AppStore, and download some apps to Itunes, but I am unable to then transfer them to my epad. Absolutely sure that it is perfectly simple (as I am, clearly, myself!!)
Can some one advise me, please

Just to be clear do you have an Apple iPad or the Chinese ePad that runs Android?

Oh dear - have i made another idiot of myself? What I have is an Android epad - onl;y just realised that the Apple version is completely different..... So how DO I get android apps...via computer, or straight into the epad?
Apologies for idiocy! I am a very old lady....

Straight onto the device from the Android Market app on the ePad.
