Transfer of Address Book & old Emails

  Trepan 09:13 22 Mar 06

I have just replaced my computer and I need to carry out the above action.

Old machine uses Win98se, new is XP Home Edition.

Addres book and emails are from Outlook2000 and will go into Outlook2000.

I have a network card in the W98 machine and two available LAN ports on the XP machine, I also have a x wired RJ-45 cable to connect the two machines. However that is as far as it goes and I am somewhat nervous at moving on from this point incase I do something that I am unable to reverse if I get it wrong - having done so already and had a real job to get it sorted.

If this has been covered before can someone point me to the answer, if not HELP!
