Hi all

I am looking for a career change and so am considering starting my own business in the IT field.

Want to be able to complete PC/Laptop repairs, basic computer/software support and networking.
Also considered mobile/smart phone repairs

I have a basic knowledge (have built desktops, repaired/upgraded laptops and dabbled with mobile phone repairs as well as basic software installs.)

Any advice on good value courses which will get me to a reasonable standard to trade?

Thanks in advance for your help

I suggest that you try your local college(s) first, and if they can't place you ask if they know who can help. Another line of enquiry could be your local job centre, a mine of information.

Good hunting.
