hi ive got adware tracking cookies(2) and cant get rid of them,ie c\documents and settings\dell\[email protected] and c\documents and settings\dell\cookies\[email protected] yield manager.txt
tried antispyware,cccleaner ,i use avastand when i did a scan it said they were trusted allowed items tried to changed this setting but cant see how to cancel them out of the trusted allowed folder when i try to conect to a web page it diverts me to other pages incuding porn
is avast a good virus checker

Download Malwarebytes, click here , install it, update it then scan your system.

As for tracking cookies - they aren't any threat, and as soon as you've removed them, you'll pick up more as you surf. Don't worry about them.

Have a look in Add remove and make sure you do not have Messenger Plus downloaded.
Another good program to try is Hitman Pro 3.5 It is very good for catching problems.

I find Superantispyware is good o get rid of tracking cookies (sometimes missed by MBAM)
