Is there a tool which can trace the source of the results from spybot or adaware etc?

do you mean if they were downloaded with an email, you want to know who it came from etc? then no because most spammers wont use thier own email address so will be impossable to trace.

to get some info on some spyware or adware infected freeware and dodgy software to avoid click here for a list or look it up in the check box click here maybe

There is no point as, 1) they will most likely have been sent from a 'host' computer, 2) they will be anonymous proxies and 3) what are you going to do in the unlikely chance that you find the sender? It is difficult to sue/someone from the Baltic states.

what are you going to do in the unlikely chance that you find the sender?

You've then got the option to avoid the worst sites or monitor them.

Thanks guys.
