Trace Route Problem

Hi everyone. Can you please give some advise on how to resolve my problem. I think this is quite complex. I used to watch a video (news program)from the Philippines using the internet feed via Microsoft Media Player 9 Series for XP. But now I can't watch it anymore. It can't connect. I already emailed the website from the Philippines and they suggested that I should do a tracert. So I emailed them my tracert result. They found out that there is somebody blocking my IP address. Is this problem somehow connected to my ISP? I am with NTL 600k Broadband. Please help. Thanks a lot.

your WinXP Firewall protection is on.

The problem is I would recommend not to switch it off due to the recent virus attacks pointed at WinXP o's. Also Windows Media Player has been made more secure since Windows Updates have been updated.

I admit you carn't win.
