want to know the difference between midi tower and full tower?

Usually the number of drive bays:- Midi is likely to be a couple of 3.5 & 5.25" front bays. Full tower will have more, also potentially more internal bays for hard drives, but I don't think there's any hard and fast rule, read the case manufacturers spec.
Some midi towers may also confine your choice of motherboard to a Micro ATX, but again this is case dependant, check the spec.

As Belatucadrus says it's a size thing.

A full tower usually has six 5.25" drive bays

A midi tower will only have three or four.
