HelloI opened up my Toshiba laptop to replace the CPU a newer one, when I replaced it and closed it back up I cant seem to boot it up now. When I press the power button the floppy drive makes a noise for a slit second and goes off again and the yellow power cable LED comes on.Any idea as to whats up?ThanksRob
Cpu incorrectly fitted?Cpu not compatible with motherboard?CP overheated did you put new paste on and reconnect fan correctly?
you could have dislodged some cables while you where changing your CPU, open up lappy and make sure all cables are secure...
